You can submit an online stall booking inquiry directly via our portal by selecting your preferred event and stall size (Shell Scheme or Bare Space). Our dedicated exhibition account managers will share the live interactive floor plan, tariff card, electricity/utility inclusions, and contract within 2 business hours.
A Shell Scheme booth includes standard modular octanorm walls, fascia name board, carpet, spotlights, 5A plug point, table, and chairs. A Bare Space booth provides only the marked floor area (minimum 36 sqm), allowing exhibitors to fabricate a custom bespoke wooden/designer stall through approved booth contractors.
Yes, online pre-registration for verified business delegates, procurement heads, traders, and trade professionals is complimentary until 7 days prior to the event opening date. On-spot visitor registration at the venue counter may incur an entry fee of INR 500 / USD 25.
Absolutely. Once an overseas delegate or exhibitor completes their registration and passport verification, TASO International issues an official Government-endorsed Business Visa Invitation Letter to facilitate consular processing.
The TASO Industry Excellence Awards recognize trailblazing achievements across innovation, sustainability, export volumes, and food-tech design. Nominations can be filed via the portal under specific award categories. All submissions are reviewed by an independent jury of industry veterans.
All TASO exhibitions adhere to international venue safety, crowd management, CCTV surveillance, emergency medical triage, and fire-safety compliance at 5-star standard.
